Terms

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MaxifyAll. The product is not offered in the Kids category.

Personal tracking tool

MaxifyAll helps you record personal facts and view progress. It is not medical, nutritional, diagnostic, treatment, safety, or emergency advice. Do not rely on it where professional judgment is required.

Your account and records

You can begin recording locally without an account. An account is required only for account features such as synchronization and server-held export or deletion. Signing in does not by itself upload local records; adopting local records and enabling synchronization are separate choices. Records adopted by one account cannot be transferred to another account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for the information you choose to record. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its security or availability.

Subscriptions

Any iOS subscription will be purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Eligible subscribers will receive an Apple-managed introductory offer of exactly two weeks free. Before purchase, MaxifyAll will show Apple’s eligibility result, the subscription title and duration, localized price charged after the free period, automatic conversion and renewal terms, included access, and links to the applicable privacy policy and terms. Apple manages billing, renewal, and cancellation; MaxifyAll does not run a separate trial or promise that no payment method is required. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through Apple. Deleting a MaxifyAll account does not itself cancel store billing.

After paid access expires, existing records and charts remain readable. Authorized read synchronization, upload of changes already accepted before verified expiry, export, privacy deletion, account controls, support, Restore Purchases, and Manage Subscription remain available. New tracking and planning changes require active entitlement.

Changes and availability

Features may evolve before launch. Public terms will describe material service limits, suspension, termination, warranties, liability, and governing terms only after legal review; this draft does not invent those provisions.

Privacy and account deletion

Privacy rights, account export, and deletion do not require a paid subscription. Deleting the service account removes synchronized account data through the protected deletion process but does not automatically erase local-only records on an offline device. Those records cannot silently recreate or attach to the deleted account. See the privacy notice and account deletion guidance.
