Information the product uses
MaxifyAll uses only the information needed for features you choose. This can include an email address and account identifiers; device and session identifiers used for security and synchronization; trackers, goals, logs, learning outlines, reminders, and preferences; and App Store subscription evidence. Fitness, sleep, and intake records are personal tracking information; MaxifyAll is not a medical service.
Local use and optional synchronization
Core recording is designed to work on your device without an account. Signing in does not silently upload existing local records. If you separately choose to adopt those records into your account and enable synchronization, selected records are transferred to the MaxifyAll service and associated only with that account. They cannot later be transferred to a different account. Exact production hosting locations, subprocessors, safeguards, and transfer terms remain a launch gate and will be published here before account synchronization is released.
Account and subscription services
The pre-release account design uses Amazon Cognito for email-and-password identity and Apple’s App Store for iOS subscription purchases and entitlement evidence. MaxifyAll receives account and transaction identifiers needed to secure access and verify entitlement; it does not receive your App Store payment-card details. These services are not evidence that public accounts or subscriptions are available yet.
How information is used
Information is intended to provide recording, progress, reminders, account security, synchronization, support, and subscription access. MaxifyAll does not sell personal information, use tracker content for advertising, or use health and fitness information for advertising or marketing. The app and this website currently use no product analytics, advertising SDK, cross-site tracking, tracking pixels, or tracking cookies.
Permissions and device features
Features such as notifications, camera capture, or photo selection are requested only when you choose a feature that needs them. Learning-page images are intended for on-device text recognition and are not retained or uploaded by that flow. You can deny or later change system permissions without being forced to enable unrelated features.
Retention and deletion
You can correct or delete product records where available. A signed-in person can request a machine-readable account export with a readable summary and initiate account deletion in the app after a fresh identity check. A ready export is delivered through a private, time-limited in-app download rather than a public link. Account deletion revokes service sessions and removes synchronized account data through a protected processing workflow; it does not cancel App Store billing or automatically erase records that remain only on an offline device. Some limited records may be retained temporarily for security, transaction, backup, or legal obligations. Exact retention periods and processor-deletion behavior are not yet final and must be published before accounts launch. Read the account deletion guidance.
Your choices and rights
Account access, export, correction, consent withdrawal, and deletion are intended to remain available without a paid subscription. Applicable rights vary by location. Contact support to ask a privacy question or exercise an available right; identity verification may be required to protect the account.
Security and children
MaxifyAll is designed to use safeguards appropriate to the information it handles, but no storage or transmission system is risk-free. The product is intended only for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.
