Delete your account

Pre-release status: MaxifyAll has not launched public accounts. The in-app deletion path and the exact retention periods below must be activated and verified before account-based release.

Deletion is an in-app account control. Support is available as assistance, not as a required gate.

Start deletion in MaxifyAll

1. Open Profile.
2. Choose Data & privacy, then Delete account.
3. Review the scope, sign in again to confirm your identity, and choose Delete now.

The released app must offer this complete in-app path. Emailing support will be optional assistance, not the only deletion method.

What deletion covers

Deletion is intended to revoke active MaxifyAll sessions and remove the account and associated synchronized product records from normal use and configured processors. It does not automatically erase records stored only on an offline device. Those local records must remain detached and must not silently recreate or attach to the deleted account.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting a MaxifyAll account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. You may manage Apple subscriptions separately, but cancellation will not be required before choosing Delete now.

Retention

Limited records may remain temporarily where necessary for synchronization safety, fraud prevention, financial records, backups, or legal obligations. The final categories and time periods are not yet approved and will be published before launch.

Export before deletion

A signed-in person is intended to be able to request an account export from Data & privacy after a fresh identity check. When ready, the export is provided through a private, time-limited in-app download. Export preparation and delivery must be production-verified before public accounts launch.
